A brilliant carpet is not created in one day, it goes through a series of steps to come out in excellence. Our company creates its carpets in about 6 or 7 important steps. All of which are practised skillfully with patience and hard work, to provide you with the best alluring products possible.
Designing and Mapping
The process of crafting our rugs and carpets begins with CAD designing. It was once a simple pencil and map, which is evolved into efficient computers. CAD designing requires a creative and intelligent mind, which our company is greatly filled with. It is the blueprint and foundation of the fabulous products we make. Dyeing
The step which is of great importance is material dyeing. It is what fills ours products with phenomenal amount of fascination and beauty. The variations of colours in our carpet is what makes it so gorgeous and eye-pleasing to look. A colourful rug on your floor is no less than a magnificent rainbow in the bright sky. It captures and freezes your vision. The selection of the material is also a very crucial decision to make because the comfort and durability depends on it greatly. Most of our products are made of wool which is an extremely comfortable material and durable as well.
Weaving
After the blueprint is laid out and the material is dyed, they are sent to the loom for further, more important work. While at the loom, the product is weaved. Which might just be the most important step of all. It’s a work that is supposed to be finely done by the skilled hands and the most skillful workers. They create each knot with patience and care. After the weaving is comepleted, after tremendous amount of hard-work, most of the carpet is already done. The process of weaving is also another thing that checks the durability of the product.
Washing
The washing and cleaning of the carpet comes next. It makes the carpet softer, and thus, more comfortable for use. After weaving, their might be just a few excess materials that are stuck to the carpet, washing it makes it clean. After it is completely washed, it eill be ready for the final few small steps.
Binding and Stretching
Binding is a small yet essential step in the manufacturing of a carpet. It keeps the product together, and prevents it from falling apart. We bind a carpet with a lot of care so that the magnificence the final end product gives, stays bonded to your household. After that, the carpet is stretched to provide it flexibility.
Clipping and Finishing
At last, the product goes through the process of clipping. After a fine job of clipping and a little finishing, the product is ready. It comes out as a fascinating piece of artwork and craftsmanship.
